Thanks so much for all of your support you guys. We are more than ready to get these songs out to you... seriously. We are rehearsing for some live shows and are also in the midst of planning some video shoots. There's so much that's going on --mostly the boring planning, organizing stuff. Aside from that we are working with some cool designers over at Sony's animation dept to come up with a cool logo. We'll post some possibilities soon. Also, we shot 2 live performances of two of the songs for the record-- we did "Better Life," and "Keep Me From Falling." Our acoustic version of KMFF is a little different than the record and it's fun for us to rework our own stuff. We hope you dig it.

So... the mixes are almost finished! Thanks to our producers Jimmy McGorman, Robb Vallier and engineer/mix master Chris Thompson, the tracks are slammin'. We are so pleased with the way they are sounding. We still have one more track to do some more work on. It's called "Better Life." This song is more paired down than the others, but the emotion and power of it is probably the most intense. This song is really KORBEE bare bones. If you were in our living room, this is what you'd hear. That's the idea, at least for now.
We are going to be starting something we are jokingly calling Korbee TV for now-- it's going to be our youtube channel where you will be able to see TONS of videos. Performances, recording footage, and a lot of our regular day to day craziness. We are excited to welcome you all into our lives this way. See you soon...

Recording has begun
We have started the album ! After years of going down many different roads, the signs were pretty obvious that the only choice, and the one that makes any sense is to officially form KORBEE as a duo. We know. It’s a pretty obvious choice; but sometimes you have to go down those other roads to know which one is going to lead you home. We couldn’t be more excited about what lies before us.
We are recording the album with producers Jimmy McGorman and Robb Vallier. These two guys have been great and the songwriting has been a dream. We came into the project with a huge catalogue of tunes— mostly written by us, a few with Daniel Jones (of Savage Garden), some with various other writers, and at the end of the day, we decided to see what new, fresh tunes the 4 of us could come up with. The result was… well, you’ll see. We are so proud and excited to give these songs to you! We are blessed to have the incomparable skills of Aaron Sterling on drums/percussion and Curt Schneider on bass. I don’t think we would be able to get the sounds we are getting with out Chris Thompson engineering.
We have been working one week on, one week off so that we can get perspective on the tracks. It’s been a pleasant change working this way because things are staying fresh, and we are able to listen with some perspective that too often gets lost when you are stuck in the studio without end. The first half of recording should be complete by mid-Janauary. stay tuned
